U-Net Cost Analysis Using Roofline Model

چکیده
One of the most important challenges facing U-Net architecture performance is method design its components and how to choose suitable hardware computing device deal with training labelled datasets. Convolution process that requires computations memory costs, which needs minimize. Thus, one selection change type convolution. Other suggested solutions are reduce size image, number bits, and, stride value, in addition filters, image batches. Therefore, this paper roofline model will used as guide analyzing FLOPs bandwidth boundaries a different configurations. The cost has been assessed compared limitation three devices, GPU230MX, GPU940MX GPU2060rtx super. 128 × dataset during cost-performance evaluation process. Based on analysis, results show solution achieves balance between implement parallel using RTX2060 super card configurations batch 16, 128×128, bits 32, shared management.
